Story that IP address proves someone's guilt shows up and that ISP will definitely tell police who's the owner of the IP address. Already established that IP alone doesn't prove anybody's guilt and that ISP won't tell police without court order anything, because if they will do so then ISP can be sued in court for violating personal data protection law.
